As part of our employer branding efforts and our expansion, we reach out directly to dedicated individuals—our future hotel managers. You are the heart of our hotel and are responsible for day-to-day operations alongside your team.
For legal and business reasons (including to protect your own business), our operating model requires that you establish a limited liability company (GmbH) under German law following a successful selection process. The final hotel partnership agreement will then be entered into directly between the respective B&B regional subsidiary and your new or existing hotel partnership GmbH.
From FF&E to hardware and software, and even laundry and supplier contracts—we take care of everything so you can hit the ground running.
In return for your work, you will receive a monthly base commission based on net revenue (comprising lodging, food and beverage, and parking, if applicable), as well as a performance-based variable commission. From this, you will cover personnel costs and other expenses for yourself and your LLC.
We cover all other costs—from rent and utilities to the cost of goods and licenses, right down to the light bulbs.
Your responsibilities, your tasks
Together with your team, you’ll ensure that the hotel runs smoothly—from the front desk and breakfast service to the common areas and guest rooms.
You recruit, hire, train, and manage your team—from the hiring process to payroll.
You represent the hotel and the brand to guests, as well as in the community, and show that there’s more to B&B HOTELS than just a logo—behind B&B HOTELS are individual hosts.
You'll work with us to set room rates, build local contacts, secure local sales contracts, and handle group inquiries and RFPs in collaboration with our Sales Department.
You actively promote guest satisfaction, manage reviews on all platforms, and work to achieve high review scores through your efforts.
You will be responsible for maintaining the hotel, handling minor repairs, and coordinating major projects with the head office.
You ensure cleanliness and hygiene and comply with all legal requirements.
You order, store, and take inventory of all merchandise.
You will implement brand standards, use our ticketing system, submit reports, and participate in area meetings, calls, and events.
