Do I need to have a limited liability company (GmbH) in order to apply?

No, that won't be necessary until later. Once we've found a suitable location together and reached an agreement, you'll set up your LLC. Until then, we'll stay in close contact and guide you through the process.

When will I be offered a hotel?

It depends on how flexible you are. During the application process, we’ll let you know about available hotels and upcoming projects. If there aren’t any suitable opportunities at the moment, you can still complete the Academy and the certification test once you’ve been accepted, and you can get started as soon as an opportunity arises.

Can I take over a hotel in a different location for now and then move to my preferred location later?

Yes, that's possible. Sometimes the process starts at a different location. If a suitable opportunity arises later, it's also possible to transfer to your preferred location.

Can I take over more than one B&B hotel?

Yes, that’s certainly possible. The focus will be on your first location at first. If everything goes well, we’ll look into potential future projects together after about a year.

Who will cover the costs of lodging and travel for the internship observation and case study presentation?

We will book a hotel room for you for the training and cover the costs of lodging, parking, and breakfast. You are responsible for your own travel expenses.

What are the commission rates?

That depends on a number of factors. During the selection process, we’ll be happy to explain how the commission and bonus are calculated.
