Our application process

Submit application materials

Your application materials are the first step. After the initial screening, we’ll contact you if we have any questions and then invite you to a virtual interview.

Introductory meetings and job shadowing
Advanced Tools

During a roughly 60-minute meeting via Google Meet, we’ll discuss the concept, the partnership, and your path to opening your own B&B Hotel. You’ll also have an interview with a colleague from Area Management.

If everything works out, you’ll spend two days—including an overnight stay—at a B&B Hotel and get a glimpse into what life is like at B&B HOTELS. During this time, the management team will give you a fresh perspective on what it’s like to work here. Through direct insights into processes, standards, software, and day-to-day operations, you’ll know what to expect. Here, you’ll also be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved.

Assessment Center and Case Study Presentation
Nonstop Updates

For your final project, you will work on a real-world task related to a specified location. You will have 4 to 6 weeks to prepare your presentation.

If we like your proposal, you’ll take an online assessment, which you can conveniently complete digitally through an external service provider. The results will help us better assess your strengths and skills.

In the final step, you will present your case study in person to a panel at our headquarters in Hochheim.
