Our application process
To become a B&B Hotels host, you’ll go through a structured seven-step selection and information process to get to know each other better. Once we’ve both decided we’re a good fit, you’ll be accepted into the B&B HOTELS Academy, and after you’ve successfully completed the certification program, we’ll work together to find the right hotel for you. Depending on what suits you best, we’ll offer you an existing, acquired, or newly built B&B Hotel.

In a meeting lasting about 60 minutes via Google Meet, we’ll discuss the concept, our partnership, and your path to opening your own B&B Hotel.

On-the-job Training (Job Shadowing)
You’ll spend two days, including an overnight stay, at a B&B Hotel and get a glimpse into what life is like at B&B HOTELS. During this time, the management will give you a fresh perspective on what it’s like to work here. Through direct insights into processes, standards, software, and day-to-day operations, you’ll know what to expect. Here, it’s also about rolling up your sleeves and getting involved.

During the second interview, you’ll meet an area manager at a B&B Hotel and get a sense of what it’s like to work directly with your future primary point of contact. Here you can address any remaining questions and show why you're the right choice.

Operator Concept
For our turnkey hotels, we are looking for motivated hotel managers who, as hosts and entrepreneurs, embody our concept and help us further develop the brand.
Send us your resume (even a brief one), any job references you have, and a cover letter to show us what makes you stand out as a host and why we’d be a good fit. Since we’re constantly expanding, please let us know your preferred states or cities as well.
